Munchkins Management is a childrens' boutique agency and has been established for 16 years.

It is one of Melbourne's top three agencies for kids!

Deborah Adams is the managing director and has extensive experience in all facets of modelling for the past 26 years, and is still currently working within the industry. The children will benefit from her experience and knowledge, thus enhancing their enjoyment in this field. Deborah is also Secretary of the V.C.A.A. (Victorian Childrens' Agents Association) which is an association that protects the welfare and interests of the children. 

A warm welcome to Alix Ashby who shares with us a wealth of experience as her she has worked closely with her mother who owns and operates and an elite agency in New Zealand.

Our mission is to provide clients with talented, confident and well presented children. We believe that quality and unsurpassed service will play a major part in the success of Munchkins Management and assist in providing successful careers for the children.

Promotion

We utilise our NEW state of the art website to promote our talent. This website is both intereactive for our clients and parents of children listed with Munchkins and enables all to be involved with promoting the children.  Each client and parent have their own unique password to access the related areas which means our database is always up to date with photos and growth information.  To enable us to produce professional results with the photographs we hold two yearly photo shoots with one of Melbournes' top photographers in which the children have both a head shot along with a full length photo as well.  We promote our website extensively through our marketing team and to date have a client data base consisting of over 500 clients.

Adult Promotion

As a growing demand in the market we also now have a sister agency AZURE MANAGEMENT which caters for regular Mums and Dads with some spare time that would also like to become actively involved in the industry.  Some of our families to date have earnt $1000's between them not to mention the fun.
